Code of Conduct

Modalities maintained for the Welfare of the Students for good Academic Discipline.

  1. All the students are advised strictly to maintain the attendance percentage of 75 as per the prescribed norms of the university.
  2. Intellectual faculty will guide the students to achieve the Credits for attaining the promotions to the next academic years.
  3. All the Students are supposed to improve the Communication Skills by maintaining the conversations in English only.
  4. Students are expected to use only courteous and polite language and behave with decorum when talking to the faculty and staff members of the college and hostel.
  5. Students shall not talk or act in any manner outside the institution that would bring disrepute to the institution.
  6. Ragging is Strictly Prohibited Ragging is Un civilized Besides Being an Offence.
  7. Students should help in keeping the campus neat and tidy. Spitting, throwing pieces of paper, writing on the walls, etc are not allowed inside the college campus.
  8. Students should act in a responsible manner and should not harm or damage the college building, books, equipments, furniture, etc. The cost of any damage so caused will be recovered from the students.
  9. “Parking Bay “.is specially designed for the College Vehicles and Students and Staff.
  10. No notice of any kind shall be circulated among students or displayed on notice boards or black boards without the written permission and approval of the Director/Principal.
  11. Students are advised to maintain the good relations with each others to develop the healthy atmosphere in the college.

 (B) Class Room
Students should come to their classes punctually and regularly. In case their attendance is less than 75% they may be detained from appearing in the University Exams as per the University NORMS.

  1. On entering the class, students should observe strict silence irrespective of the presence or absence of the teacher.
  2. The students should get up quietly as the teacher enters the class and keep standing till you are asked to be seated.
  3. No student is permitted to leave the class room during class hours under the pretext of going toilets, visiting office, etc.
  4. You are supposed to procure your identity cards from the Adam. office. The security guards would allow you to enter the Institutional premises or the classes only when you show your identity card to them.
  5. You are not supposed to remain absent from the classes without prior permission of the Principal (Vice- Principal in his absence). Disciplinary action would be taken against such students under intimation to their parents/ guardians.
  6. Use of cell phones/ Mobiles is strictly prohibited in the classrooms.
  7. In case the class is vacant, students would not loiter in the corridor and cause noise pollution. They should use their vacant hours in the library or at the hobbies centers.

(C) Library

  1. Books are your best friends in leisure hours. Make use of the Library as much as possible for this purpose.
  2. Strict silence is to be observed in the library. Gossiping is prohibited there.
  3. Keep your personal books and bags outside the library
  4. Books are issued only on the production of ID cards and should be returned within prescribed time.
  5. No damage should be done to the books and literature kept in the library. The cost of any damage so caused will be recovered from the students.
  6. You should have your Identity card while sitting in the library. Please keep periodicals / books etc. at proper place after making use of them.

(D) Laboratory

  1. Read the procedure/ precautions taken about the experiment to conduct that experiment before starting the experiment .
  2. Imbibe sense of caution to ensure safety of person as well as equipments.
  3. Readings should be taken properly and correctly recorded in the notebook.
  4. Make sure to follow the instruction / modus operandi of the experiment before starting it to avoid their damages.
  5. Experimental performance / observation / findings should be recorded daily in the observation Note Book. Get it signed by your teacher the same day (there and then).
  6. After finishing the experiment materials, glassware, chemicals, instruments etc. should be placed at their allotted location with the help of the laboratory staff. Keep your lab clean.

(E) Examination
It is essential to appear in all the mid semester tests and university examination at the end of each semester as per announced schedule. Parents/ guardians would be informed accordingly about the performance.

  1. Students must fill up the university examination form thoroughly and properly before the announced date. Failing this their right to appear in the examination may be cancelled.
  2. Use of any unfair means during the examination is a punishable offence and disciplinary action will be taken against defaulting students.
  3. Preparations for examination should be done on the basis of prescribed syllabus and previous university examination papers. In order to be familiar to the pattern of University examination always solve question from past examination papers.
  4. The students should have passion for getting higher score in the examination.

 (G)      College Uniform

  1. Students shall come to the college in clean and tidy uniform regularly.
  2. College uniform is Light Green shade checks, light military green trousers and black shoes.
